This easy to use desktop software especially developed for BK MIKRO serves to generate, integrate and administer workpiece and tool monitoring cycles in CNC machining programs.

Program Structure

The software supports both performance classes of the BK MIKRO9 control units. It distinguishes between the premium-mode (full functionality) and basic-mode (reduced possibilities). The two operational modes of the software can be accessed from both modes (basic and premium). Programming can be done online as well as offline.

Programming Mode

In this mode the attributes for up to 512 tools can be defined such as angle set value, tool length, tolerance and scanning intensity. If there is a USB-connection to the control unit the current status and possible error messages are displayed in the status bar during projection. It is also possible to test individual commands or initiate a teach-in-process.

Manual Mode

This programming mode serves to check or monitor programmed functions and processes. The current status of the system BK MIKRO9 is displayed in extensive format. Manual positioning movements of the scanner can be triggered and all results can be traced as long-term records, e.g. to provide a basis for optimizing the tolerance parameters.
