BK MIKRO9 - The New Tool Monitoring System

The new tool monitoring system BK MIKRO9 provides enhanced monitoring features, e.g. to speed up the monitoring process, and improved repeat accuracy.

There are three control units available and each of them suits different purposes:

The IP67 protected scanners are specified for an ambient temperature of up to 80°C. They can be installed directly within the working area, scanning of rotating drills with up to 0.5 mm in diameter is possible. A new scanner of the BK MIKRO 9 series enables detection of even very little damages due to it's improved repeat accuracy of ±0,05°.

BK MIKRO can be installed very easily and without adjusting aids. Therefore the system is suitable for initial installation of equipment as well as for retrofitting active machinery.
