Monitoring of Wear and Tear

The detection of missing or broken tools helps to insure that the proper machining is being performed. The tool monitoring system TECHNA-CHECK PCI is a PCI card for use in an industrial PC with a free PCI slot.

Features:

• PCI card for use in PC-based CNC units or in dedicated PC systems.
• Also suitable for retrofitting a machine tool with a wear and tear monitoring system
• The PCI card is connected to the Transducers via TTBUS (RS485)
• Up to 128 tools or processes can be configured at a motor/spindle

Transducers:

Technically advanced 3 phase power transducer assure accurate power measurement before or after variable frequency drives. Economical single phase transducers are available too.
