Functional Principle Workpiece Monitoring
BK MIKRO is also designed for cost-effective monitoring of objects or free space, e.g. ejection of workpieces, loading and unloading.
The desired scanning range can be freely selected in steps of 22.5° by two setting switches (W1, W2).
- Object: Changing scanning points can be monitored in a defined zone without intermediate teach-in cycles.
- Free space: The W2 angle determines the point of return, which the wand must reach in the correct process flow. An error message is displayed if the wand stops before reaching this position.
